Our current exhibition features the photography of Linda Cooks and Terry Hayes from their trip to the Dominican Republic. Part celebration of a new organic farm, part expose on the plight of migrant workers, all interesting.

We will be closing at 4:00pm on the 4th, so even the Beanies can go pursue happiness and celebrate a nation created on the principle that all men are created equal. When we return to work Friday morning we will continue to pursue a coffee shop where all customers are created equal. Baby steps!

If you haven’t noticed already, we’re starting to do a Sunday Brunch Special. Eggs cooked in some fabulous new style by Larz. AND.. we’ll be serving breakfast until noon on Sundays so you can sleep in and still get the goods.

Drink Prices are going up. It’s long overdue. We don’t like it anymore than you, but we all know about inflation and keeping the oil companies happy. But to soften the blow and encourage conservation, most prices will stay the same if you bring in your own mug. $.15 discount on ALL beverages when you bring in your own mug. We’ll be happy to rinse it out for you – but nothing sticky or moldy please!
